Patty Spangler P.E., CEM, LEED AP Senior Energy Engineer

Serving as a Senior Energy Engineer, Patty has been involved with energy performance in commercial buildings for over thirty years, and has extensive experience in utilities analysis, energy auditing, energy conservation measure (ECM) design, and performance measurement and verification. In all, her projects generated $5 million in annual energy savings and 75 buildings earned ENERGY STAR certification for their demonstrated efficiency. Patty is a registered Professional Engineer, as well as a Certified Energy Manager and a LEED Accredited Professional.
